Using the Law of Attraction to manifest your dreamlife is different from goal setting or making action plans.
It is learning to become that which you want to manifest into your life. Many People talk about the Law of Attraction, but it is sometimes hard to find practical methods to apply it to your own life.
When you create something in your inner world it must, by law, show up in your outer world.
If you want something to show up in your life experience, you must put yourself in a state of being, or vibration, that attracts it.
Believing that you create your own reality is the first step to manifesting what you want.
The second step is learning how to create deliberately.
Hereare six practical ways you can use the Law of Attraction to start manifesting what you want in life
1. Create the Feeling of that which you Desire
The trick to manifesting things quickly into your experience is learning to feel as if you already have your desire, even though it has not yet materialized into your life experience.
One of the ways I am able to do this is a technique I learned from the Abraham Hicks Teachings.
Ask yourself: what would it feel like to have this thing manifest in my life?
For, example, if you want a relationship, ask yourself how you would feel if you were in that relationship? At first it will feel unfamiliar, but the more you practice conjuring that emotion the easier it will become.
Creative visualization is another way to generate the feeling.
Imagine yourself in the scenario you desire until you are able to conjure the feeling. Vision Boards can also be really helpful, where you find images that represent your desire and paste them onto a piece of paper.
Look at the vision board and conjure the feeling of what those images represent.
If you are able to maintain the feeling of that which you want to manifest, you will see results in the physical world, and oftentimes very quickly.
2. Meditation
Many times when we are trying to manifest the life we want, it is because we are dissatisfied with our current circumstances.
Meditation helps us to get emotional distance from whatever pain we are feeling as a response to that reality
There are many different kinds of meditation, but I believe they all fall into one of the following cattegories:
1) Meditation designed to stop thought…
To do this type of meditation, just focus on a sound, whether it’s a fan, a loud ac, or even just a frequency (I listen to a lot of sound videos on you tube)
This will quiet your usual running thoughts and allow the higher self to shine through.
I often notice little nudges or insights throughout the day that I know are a result of taking the time to quiet my mind.
This can be very challenging at first. Stressing out and overthinking is much easier than stopping thought, but with time and dedication it gets easier.
2) Guided meditations…
I recommend guided meditations for beginners because it is often easier than no thought meditation. Guided meditations are designed to transform thoughts to a higher frequency.
They are much more proactive in that you are training yourself to think thoughts that feel better.
I use guided meditations when my mind is really active and I know there is no way of stopping thought altogether. There are thousands of meditations on youtube. I recommend trying different ones out to see which one has the best results.
My personal favorite meditations are by Joe Dispenza. I listen to them almost daily.
3) Let go of the “How”
Things will manifest much more quickly if you are not hung up on how they will come.
Manifestations often happen in ways that the “normal” mind would never be able to foresee. You may get an urge to go to a new coffee shop and find the perfect agent to sell your house. You might take a different route home and run into the man or woman of your dreams.
Anything is possible, so don’t box yourself in!
Trust that If you are committed to feeling good then eventually you will see your reality change around you.
4. Spend time doing what you love
A lot of people don’t prioritize doing the things they love, but it is one of the best ways to speed up manifestations.
Practicing music will almost put me in a better mood. Working out helps to keep me in a good state as well.
Everyone has that thing that they know will make them feel better.
If listening to music makes you feel better, listen to music.
Oftentimes our current realities don’t allow us to do what we love all day long, but almost everyone can find SOME time during each day, even if its just five minutes.
Do the thing you love when you have the time and see how things start to manifest into your life.
5) Look towards the Future, not the Past
Yes, it is really hard to not think about the past, but if you want things to start manifesting in your life you have to think more about those things than the past.
Catch yourself when you are thinking about negative things in the past. Yes, they happened, and they hurt, but you do not have to keep living them.
I promise if you practice feeling more elevated feelings more often, than the past and all its turmoil will become much less interesting.
6) Be Okay with not Feeling Okay
Don’t beat yourself up for not feeling happy all the time
Changing your thoughts is not easy. It is a process, and it often doesn’t happen overnight.
Just do your best to soothe yourself in those moments, and trust that the negative feeling will not last forever
I hope these techniques help you in your journey of manifesting the life you want!
